I just wanted to say that I used the suicide prevention card today to help me ask someone who is depressed, if they would hurt themselves (they said no but it was a relief to hear). So thank you and know that I think it was definitely helpful to have that class to give (at least me) the courage to ask.

Your presentation was so, so eye-opening. I got teary-eyed realizing that grief looks different to everybody and we all carry it in some way. I paused to reflect on past grief that I still hold on to. You're absolutely right, it's awkward and a difficult topic to discuss, but you gave amazing insights.
